1st F is the magnet that draws men together and eventually leads to the camaraderie of 2nd F and the impact of 3rd F.

There are many options to work on your fitness in Toledo and Sylvania, as well as in the F3 Black Swamp region in Perrysburg and Maumee.

Below are the standard times and locations. Times and locations change occasionally. If you are in the Toledo area and interested in joining us at one of our workouts, let us know you’ll be there by contacting the Site Q for the workout you plan to attend below, or our 1st F Q, Minnie.

Mon 5:30am- 6:15am Tidwell Moon Tower (University of Toledo – University Hall) Bootcamp style workout in the UT Campus area with lots of options. Awesome location for one of our newest AO’s
Tue 5:30am- 6:30am Mr. Belding Cherry Street Mission Life Revitalization Center Bootcamp Style beatdown in the spacious parking lot outside of the Cherry Street Mission’s Life Revitalization Center.
Wed 5:15am- 6:15am Dauber The Caddyshack (Ottawa Park) What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.
Wed 5:30am- 6:15am Mailman The Big Green (Little Flower Parish) Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the big green field north of the church. Park in the north lot.
Thu 5:30am- 6:15am Bob Vance-Vance Refrigeration Bushwood (Ottawa Park Golf Course) Join us at scenic Ottawa Park Golf Course for a legendary beatdown. Show up and show out!
Sat 6:30am- 7:30 am Socrates The Oasis (Close Park) Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.
