1st F is the magnet that draws men together and eventually leads to the camaraderie of 2nd F and the impact of 3rd F.

There are many options to work on your fitness in Toledo and Sylvania, as well as in the F3 Black Swamp region in Perrysburg and Maumee.

Below are the standard times and locations. Times and locations change occasionally. If you are in the Toledo area and interested in joining us at one of our workouts, let us know you’ll be there by contacting the Site Q for the workout you plan to attend below, or our 1st F Q, Minnie.

Sun – Varies Bagels Varies 4th Sunday of the Month

F3 Dads, bring your 2.0s (kids) out to some of our local AOs and teach them the joy of a healthy lifestyle. Water balloons, sledding hills, popsicles, and games are a frequent addition to these workouts. The locations do change each month so check out the Sylvania/Toledo calendar for exact details.
Sun 6:00am- 6:45am Sideshow & Bullock The Fuse (Southview High School) Sundays in August will be a game of 2 hand touch football to get you ready for the upcoming season.

The rest of the year, the typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
Mon 5:30am- 6:15am Mole Faith Hill (Northview High School) Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Tue 5:15am- 6:15am Beaker The Ruckus (Harroun Park) What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.
Tue 5:30am- 6:15am Pinewood HRT (Stranahan Elementary) Join your fellow PAX for a 4-5 mile run w/ some bonus PT if there is time. Don’t be late! Time waits for no man…
Wed 5:30am- 6:15am Poodle Stone Wolfe (Timberstone Jr. High) Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!
Wed 7:30pm- 8:15pm Brita Pride Rock (Pacesetter Park) Running based workouts with calisthenics mixed in. Lots of land and lots of possibilities. Meet near field #4 by the gazebo. Above all, this site brings out some of F3 Toledo’s most eccentric PAX. There will be no shortage of lively mumblechatter during these beatdowns. You will no doubt leave these beatdowns spent, but full of joy.
Thu 5:30am- 6:15am Hustle Ant Hill (Stranahan Elementary) Bootcamp style workout that utilizes the playground equipment and plenty of open space along with lush grass.
Fri 5:15am- 6:00am Ozzie The Lumber Yard (Lowe’s – Central Ave) Join your fellow PAX for a 4-5 mile run w/ some bonus PT if there is time. Don’t be late! Time waits for no man…
Sat 6:00am- 7:00am Simmons Mt. Doom (Northview High School) Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.
Sat 6:00am- 7:00am Mayor The Fuse (Southview High School) Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Main St. in downtown Sylvania. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Tue 5:30am- 6:30am Mr. Belding Cherry Street Mission Life Revitalization Center Bootcamp Style beatdown in the spacious parking lot outside of the Cherry Street Mission’s Life Revitalization Center.
