1st F is the magnet that draws men together and eventually leads to the camaraderie of 2nd F and the impact of 3rd F.

There are 25 options to work on your fitness in Toledo and the surrounding area, including Sylvania, Perrysburg, and Maumee. Below are the standard times and locations. Times and locations change occasionally. If you are in the Toledo area and interested in joining us at one of our workouts, let us know you’ll be there by contacting the Site Q for the workout you plan to attend below, or our 1st F Q, Trinity.

Sun 6:30am- 7:15am Sipe & Nails The Fuse (Southview High School) Sundays in August will be a game of 2 hand touch football to get you ready for the upcoming season.

The rest of the year, the typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
Mon 5:30am- 6:15am Hedgehog Faith Hill (Northview High School) Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Tue 5:15am- 6:15am Beaker Summer Ruckus (Stranahan Elementary/Wildwood) What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.
Tue 5:30am- 6:15am Cogsworth HRT (Stranahan Elementary) Join your fellow PAX for a 4-5 mile run w/ some bonus PT if there is time. Don’t be late! Time waits for no man…
Wed 5:30am- 6:15am Minnie Stone Wolfe (Timberstone Jr. High) Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!
Wed 7:30pm- 8:15pm Brita Pride Rock (Pacesetter Park) Running based workouts with calisthenics mixed in. Lots of land and lots of possibilities. Meet near field #4 by the gazebo. Above all, this site brings out some of F3 Toledo’s most eccentric PAX. There will be no shortage of lively mumblechatter during these beatdowns. You will no doubt leave these beatdowns spent, but full of joy.
Thu 5:30am- 6:15am Hustle Ant Hill (Stranahan Elementary) Bootcamp style workout that utilizes the playground equipment and plenty of open space along with lush grass.
Fri 5:15am- 6:00am Ozzie Accountability Run (Lowe’s – Central Ave) Join your fellow PAX for a 4-5 mile run w/ some bonus PT if there is time. Don’t be late! Time waits for no man…
Sat 6:00am- 7:00am Mr. Belding Mt. Doom (Northview High School) Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Main St. in downtown Sylvania. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

F3 Dads, bring your 2.0s (kids) out to some of our local AOs and teach them the joy of a healthy lifestyle. Water balloons, sledding hills, popsicles, and games are a frequent addition to these workouts. The locations do change each month so check out the Perrysburg/Maumee calendar for exact details.
Mon 5:30am- 6:15am Huffy The Gauntlet (Rivercrest Park) Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pull-ups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.
Tue 5:30am- 6:30am Ponzi The Necropolis Ruck (Fort Meigs) Running not your thing? Then throw a ruck sack on and get awesome cardio under 30+ pounds of fat burning metal. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship) during a brisk hike through some of the areas best river view trails. If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.
Tue 5:30am- 6:30am Flubber The Necropolis Run (Fort Meigs) Want to stretch the legs more and get a few more miles, head out with the PAX on a run route created for any pace. Whether you are 10+ min/mile or sub 7min, this route will keep the PAX in sight of each other at all times.

Tue 6:00pm- 6:45pm Tupac The Commons (Levis Commons) Bootcamp style workout. Group will meet at the Clock Tower on Levis Commons Blvd. The Clock Tower is located in the traffic circle near Funny Bone Comedy Club. Also a great night for some fellowship. The PAX typically head out for some second F at one of the nearby establishments.
Wed 5:30am- 6:15am Woodstock Field of Dreams (Rolf Park) Bootcamp style workout. This site has a mile loop, large parking lots, big fields, and baseball diamonds…all the fixens for a beautifully scripted beatdown.
Thu 5:00am- 6:00am Mercy/Chew Toy The Battlefield (Shops at Fallen Timbers) Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.
Thu 5:30am- 6:15am Hannibal The Wall (Riverside Park) Arguably one of the best scenic AO’s in all F3 Toledo. Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beat-down!

Sat 5:30am- 6:20am Casper The Fortress Ruck (Woodlands Park) Want to get in a little extra work before the main event. Get out to The Fortress an hour early for a Saturday morning ruck. You’ll need a weighted backpack (approx 10-30 lbs). Along the way, you’ll stop to do some invigorating exercise. Throughout 2019, we are discussing F3 Leadership Development from the F3 Nation’s Q Source during the ruck. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship).
Sat 6:30am- 7:30am Jennay The Fortress (Woodlands Park) F3 Toledo’s first expansion to the southern reaches of our metropolitan area. Boot camp style workout. Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Large mile path around park often provides room to stretch out a few miles before the beatdowns, come at 5:30am and get warmed up!

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Tue 5:30am- 6:15am Mr. Belding Cherry Street Mission Life Revitalization Center Bootcamp Style beatdown in the spacious parking lot outside of the Cherry Street Mission’s Life Revitalization Center.

Sat 5:30am- 6:30 am Socrates The Oasis Ruck (Close Park) Want to get in a little extra work before the main event. Get out to The Oasis an hour early for a Saturday morning ruck. You’ll need a weighted backpack (approx 10-30 lbs). Along the way, you’ll stop to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship).
