   Ruck – Guns and Rucks

   PAX: Ticket, Klinger, Rihanna, Android, Chapo, Jimmy Dean, Oz, Micky, Wake, Mater, Mayor, Danica, Trapeze, Worm, Sipe, Cogsworth, John Henry and Hedgehog

   Permission granted for a change of scenery to get off the streets and snow covered sidewalks and away from Harroun Park. Met at The Fuse for our Tuesday ruck. Started at Southview parking lot and headed back to the bike path behind the school.

   The Thang: This Ruck was all about the walk and the guns. Carried 10 and 20 lb dumbbells… doing curls or flies the entire time while they were in your hands. Your choice of exercise. If too heavy a weight, we just carried them. We rotated them just like coupons. So heavier weight is distributed through the PAX. Ozzie brought some tunes starting w Springsteen’s jersey girl, and finishing w It’s tricky by Run DMC

   First mile stop – just before McCord
   Squat thrust, press w dumbbells. If no db, do it on air.

   Second mile stop near Indian oaks lane
   20 Merkins.

   COT- In the Sixth, we learned about Danica – sharing a heartfelt message of what F3 has meant to him. Prayers offered up for several folks working thru health challenges. Also, prayers answered: both Mater and Androids daughters are better.
