Mondays- 5:30AM to 6:15AM @ Northview High School **Faith Hill**

Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Mondays- 5:30AM to 6:15AM @ Arbor Hills Jr. High **Buddy Bench**

Bootcamp style workout that takes advantage of track and nearby elementary school playground equipment. Awesome location for one of our newest AO’s

Tuesdays – Ruck  5:15 am to 6:15 am @ Harroun Park **The Ruckus**

What the ruck is a ruck?  A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Tuesdays – Run  5:30 am to 6:15 am @ Stranahan Elementary

Join your fellow PAX for a 4-5 mile run w/ some bonus PT if there is time. Don’t be late! Time waits for no man…

Wednesdays – 5:30AM to 6:15AM @ Timberstone Jr. High **Stone Wolfe**

Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

Wednesdays – 7:30PM to 8:15PM @ Pacesetter Park **Pride Rock**

Running based workouts with calisthenics mixed in.  Lots of lands and lots of possibilities. Meet near field #4 by the gazebo.

Thursdays – 5:30AM to 6:15AM @ Stranahan Elementary **Ant Hill**

Bootcamp style workout that utilizes the playground equipment and plenty of open space along with lush grass.

Fridays – 5:30AM to 6:15AM @ Timberstone Jr. High

Join your fellow PAX for a 4-5 mile run w/ some bonus PT if there is time. Don’t be late! Time waits for no man…

Saturdays- 6:30AM to 7:30AM @ Northview High School **Mount Doom**

Saturdays – 6:00AM to 7:00AM @ Southview High School **The Fuse**

Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Main St. in downtown Sylvania. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Sundays- 6:00AM to 6:45AM @ Southview High School

Perrysburg/Maumee

Mondays 5:30am to 6:15am @ Rivercrest Park (By Fort Meigs Elementary) **The Gauntlet**

Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pull-ups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

Tuesdays: Ruck or Run 5:30am to 6:30am @ Fort Meigs **The Necropolis**

Your Choice for the summer! Want to stretch the legs more and get a few more miles, head out with the PAX on a run route created for any pace. Whether you are 10+ min/mile or sub 7min, this route will keep the PAX in sight of each other at all times.

Running not your thing? Then throw a ruck sack on and get awesome cardio under 30+ pounds of fat burning metal. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship) during a brisk hike through some of the areas best river view trails. If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Bootcamp style workout. One of our newest AO locations. Come help plant the shovel flag at Rolf Park. This site has a mile loop, large parking lots, big fields, and baseball diamonds…all the fixens for a beautifully scripted beatdown.

Thursdays: 5:30am to 6:15am @Riverside Park **The Wall**

Arguably one of the best scenic AO’s in all F3 Toledo. Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beat-down!

Park on Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street and walk across Front Street down to the river.

Saturdays: 6:30am to 7:30am @ Fort Imagination at Woodland Park **The Fortress**

F3 Toledo’s first expansion to the southern reaches of our metropolitan area. Boot camp style workout. Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Large mile path around park often provides room to stretch out a few miles before the beatdowns, come at 5:30am and get warmed up!

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.
