FIGURE 8
Weather: 35F and cloudy but the sweet smell of spring was in the air.
PAX: Trinity, Splinter, Ollie, Sipe, Trojan, Cogsworth (6), Klinger, Mulcahy, Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 0530 for the 5CPs, credo and mission. Tupac decided to start running so I quickly ran through the plan.
THE THING
Run trail to Wildwood to the cover bridge. Take a right to run away from the bridge. Hang a right at the next paved trail to run by the garages. Left to run in the parking lot, past the stables and follow the road back to the front parking lot. Head up the trail past the garages again and then head back for an easy 4.2 miles.
Circled up at 0610 for CoR and NoR with Tupac coming in after a solid 5mile run. Cogsworth closed us out with a 6 and his gratefulness of being able to be open with the group. Closed with a prayer for all suffering through pain and hardship.
