Warm-Up with Side Straddle Hops, Windmills and Chain Breakers, then a lap around the parking lot.
Round 1 & 3 – Cinder Blocks
10 Thrusters
15 Cinder Block Swings
20 Curls
25 Chest Press (laying on the ground)
30 Klinger Kicks – 2 is 1
Repeato until the 5 minutes is up
Game Time – Buckets! – 1 minute to make as many shots into the bucket as possible. Winning team picks an exercise for all of us to do. First round dominant hand, 2nd round, off hand.

10 Burpees
15 Monkey Humpers
20 Hand Release Merkins
25 Jump Squats
30 Crunchy Frogs
Repeato until the 5 minutes is up
Game Time – Shuttlecock Relay! Use PVC bats to hit a shuttlecock, down and back. Winning team picks an exercise for all of us to do. First round, dominant hand, 2nd round off hand.
