11/22/2023 at Pride Rock: The Turkey Burn Beatdown. 2 man team working together to get thru the workout 100 count run .25 miles in between. Jump squats, mike tysons, american hammer, block curls, Lt dans, overhead block raise, merkins, and Burpies when music went to commercials. 7 guys Mr. Belding, The Crane, Brita, Goose, Tangled, Arc Flash, B Rad and Q Wooderson.
