Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Warm up SSH mosey to track and around, stopped at each quarter and did set of exercises.
Merkins, senior squats, imperial walker, merkins x 2 laps
The Thang
List of 10 exercises of 20 reps each, go through list then run to end of parking lot and back. Restart list but remove top exercise. Repeat until list is complete.
Offset merkins, offset squats, imperial walkers, American hammer, incline and decline merkins, Mt climbers, air press, ssh, drop squat
