    Mission: to plant grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership

    Credo: leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him

    We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops, Abe Vigodas, and chain breakers

    We then performed a ladder workout with 4 cones spaced out around 10 yards each. We started with 5 reps at the first cone and increased by 5 each cone until we did 20 at the last cone, and went back down the ladder decreasing reps by 5 until we got back to the first cone. The first exercise listed is what we performed at each cone, and the second is the transportation method between cones. (If it was a carry, we brought the block with us).

    The exercises were as follows:

    Curls – farmer carry
    Merkins – bear crawl
    Shoulder press – rifle carry
    Gas pump – karaoke
    Block swings – farmer carry
    LT dans – high knees
    Goblet squats – rifle carry
    Supermans – bear crawl

    Ended with COR, NOR, COT
