The Beatdown:
Warmup: SSH, Abe Vigota, Chain Breakers, mosey to amphitheater.
PAX POKER, [7] CARD STUD
Card#: #+10 reps
Royal: 25 reps
Ace: 100 reps
For running distances, take the outside loop of the amphitheater as needed.
Between card draws the PAX shall mosey up the stairs and back. One HIM brings a coupon, for fun.
Next card may not be drawn until all the PAX return. Hold high/low plank as needed.
After total [7] cards drawn, the teams compare hands, best hand wins.
Winner holds plank of choice, losing teams take all coupons and 1 sets of stairs
