Bootcamp Style Workout.

    15 Side Straddle Hops, 15 Old Man Windmills

    Workout
    Round 1
    10 merkins → half way up stairs and back to the beginning → 9 merkins → half way up stairs and back to the beginning → 8 merkins, repeato until done. Wait for the 6.
    Repeato same with Plank Jacks instead of merkins
    Repeato with Squats

    Game Time – had 5 different objects to throw at a cone about 1/3 of the way up the Amphitheatre. First team to knock it down won.

    Round 2 – 3 cones up the stairs
    Do 10 off each of the followingsexercises, then mozie half-way up the stairs and back. Repeato with 9 of everything, then 8, etc.
    Perfect Merkins
    American Hammers – 4 is 1
    In and Out Squats
    Plank Twist – 2 is 1

    Each team was given a football and another contest to knock the cone down.

    PAX members in attendance – Mr. Rogers, Tucson, Wild Sprayer, Poodle and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.
