    Started with F3, credo, and mission

    Warm Up: side straddle hop, chainbreaker, grass grabber

    Workout: 8 different sets of 3 exercises. Between each group of 3 exercises, we ran about 75 yards to pull up bar to do 5 pull ups and 5 hanging core workouts. Each grouping of 3 workouts consisted of upper body, lower body, then core exercises ranging between 15-25 reps per exercise.

    Wrap up: informal chat, count off, announcements, prayer.
