Typical routine: warm-up with merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
QIC: Cobra Commander
PAX; Trojan, Mulcahy, Mayor, Gasman, Tupac, Sideshow, Wooderson and Cobra Commander.
Cool day had the speaker and set of exercises our on the field ready for the lads. Started off with slow jog in the parking lot and some stretches. Headed to the bleachers Home side did all the stairs. When finished waited in in plank position for the 6.
Then all PAX did exercises at one end of the field at the end zone with one PAX member ran to the 40 or 50 yard and back.
1) Squats
2) Mt Climbers
3) Crunchy frogs
4) Burpees
5) Lt Dans
6) Merkins
7) Feet to heaven
8) LBCs
After that was completed we did an Indian run around the astroturf field, got back to the starting end zone.
Next we did Sprints to the 50 yard line then moseyed back to Endzone ( DId 4 repeats)
Changed up the order of people and ran through the exercises again.
Headed back by doing the visitor side of the bleachers, back to the parking lot and COT, prayers for Floppy and Bluto.
