Circuit 1: Abs & Calves
Complete 5 rounds of the following exercises. Rest for 1 minute between rounds.
1. Gas Pumps
• 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest
2. Calf Raises
• 40 seconds, 20 seconds rest
3. Crunchy Frog
• 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest
4. Al-Gore
• 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest
5. Imperial walkers
• 40 seconds on, 20 seconds rest
Circuit 2: Cardio WR Tree Routes (10 minutes)
Chose your route then run it
if ball is caught mosey back
If ball is dropped WR and QB 5 Aussie Burpees
