Typical routine: warm-up with merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    4 Uneven Squats – 4 each leg – Block
    3 Triple Merkin Burpees
    2 WWII”s – Block
    1 shot at the Big Red Bucket – anyone who scores less than 5 has a penalty at the end

    After doing all 10 days, it was raining, so people could chose to mozie, SSH, or just get started with round 2.
