Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    One of the most important abilities to have as we get older is being able to stand up from a down position.

    Circle, some cadence, some OYO:
    10 No Surrenders
    10 No Surrender Sits
    5 Gummy Worms OYO
    5 Hand Release Horsey Ups
    5 Rolling Merkins (2is1)
    5 Rolling Burpees (2is1)
    5 Criss-Cross Hold – Jumps (10 count)
    10 Sit up/ Step up on bench

    Grass Drills (slides, hit it)
    100 Yards: Every 10yd, alternate Burpee / Big Boy Burpee; Backpedal the same thing on the way back
    Grass Drills
    100 Yards: Every 20yd, Criss-Cross Standup; Backpedal the same thing on the way back

    We went through these twice with some modifications.

    Prayers: Gas Man and Boo Boo’s neighbor Ollie, Floppy, Bluto
