Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    1st Half was run by Claymore,
    Suicide drills, Every 10 yards you stopped and did an exercise and ran back to the base line
    1) 10 Merkins
    2) 20 American Hammers, 1:1
    3) 10 Squats
    4) 20 Air Presses
    5) 10 Bonny Blaris 2:1
    Repeat for 4 rounds. Picked up the 6 at the end.

    CC workout, 2nd half
    10 Burpees
    the deconstruction of the burpee
    10 Merkins
    10 Horseyups
    10 Jump Squats.
    Ran a full loop around Southview.
    This session was timed.
    Repeato, with 10 second reduction in time.
    Was barely able to fit 3 rounds.
    DId the circle, Cogs was the 6th and mentioned about our mortality, to make best of the time we have and not take for granted.
