Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Collective – we, as a group, complete a set of exercises at various locations around The Oasis.

    Parking Lot
    500 block curls
    400 flutter kicks
    300 overhead presses
    200 goblet squats
    100 manmakers

    Playground
    500 Merkins
    400 Hammers (2 is 1)
    300 Lunges (2 is 1)
    200 kick – outs
    100 Mike Tysons

    Baseball Diamond – golf ball and bat relay around the bases twice. Put up cones for each base.

    Parking Lot
    500 curl presses
    400 flutter kicks
    300 merkin block pull throughs
    200 squirls
    100 thrusters

    Crayons
    One person must be bear crawling around the crayons at all times
    400 Crab Kicks
    300 Monkey Humpers
    200 Horsey Ups
    100 Gummy Worms
