Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    National lazy day- we did a not so lazy beatdown on Saturday morning. This consisted of warm ups. 1/4 mile run. And the following routine.

    8/10 WORK OUT – NOT SO LAZY DAY

    10+8= 18 REPS

    Windshield wipers (2 is 1)
    Mike Tyson’s
    Pickle pounders
    Inch worms
    Froggies
    LBC
    Lunge to the 18 and back
    Snake the stairs

    Round 2:
    Blockies
    Hand release meekins
    Big boys
    Flutter kick (2 is 1)
    Carolina dry dock
    Air press with block
    Calf raises
    American hammers (2 is 1)
    Bear Crawl to the 18 and back
    Snake the stairs

    Round 3:
    Squat with block
    Right hand block raises
    Left hand block raises
    Gas pumps
    Merkins
    Dips on block
    Imperial walkers
    Air presses
    Lunge to the 18 and back
    Snake the stairs
