Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    Christmas Vacation Beatdown

    Started with 5 core principles, SSH, windmills, chain breakers, 1 lap around the track, and got after!

    Pax performed 25 exercises 25 reps of each, after reps were completed would run to 25 yard line and back in between exercises.

    After all pax completed. We did 250 step ups on bleachers. And 250 dips. Finished up was 33 yard field goal attempts to finish out the beatdown.

    Ended with COA, NOA, COT, ANNOUNCEMENTS, Prayer
