One guy was a burpee timer. The other guys did the exercise flipped over using the F3 card deck. We double-uped, meaning the same guy did 15 burpees at the top of the hill, then the group ran down to the bottom of the hill, and repeated the 15 burpee timer while the pax re-do the same exercise from the F3 card deck. We ran back up to the top, rotated who was the timer, and filled over a new card.
