Workout we ran a figure eight loop mile with 12 stops along the way at each stop we did 5 merkins, 10 lbs, 15 squats and 20 of a different exercise at each stop. At the end we did 5, 10, 15 up each level of the promenade walls along the steps.
Ended with COT shared how routines and discipline are like a trellis for us to grow on allowing us to bear more and better fruit for the world
