We worked out down by the river with a series of stops to get back to the flag
First stop we did bear crawls to the end of a dock and then ten merkins crawl bear back to the start of the dock repeated for a set of five.
Second stop further down the docks we tea bag twisted down the dock and did 20 calf raises and tea bag twisted back repeated for a set of five
We then went further down and did 5-10-15-10-5 dips on a bench and short mosey down steps to do 3 burpees at the water edge in between each set of dips.
Moseyed down by the tower on the water edge and did a Motivator set.
Moseyed up to summit Street and then did 5 merkins at each street light all the way back to the flag.
Ended with a Batwing set
