37 F this morning with a 11mph wind gusts. Felt like a balmy 60F compared to last weeks artic freeze. Mixed it up, different trail, a ruck in the woods, kept on the bike trail mostly. Did the section of Jermain park. Got done in 55 minutes, right at 3.0 miles.
WIld Sprayer was the 6, he mentioned about a homeless person he saw last week under a white tarp that he reached out to when he was on his run. Asked us to be mindful of people around as that are lacking and be grateful for what we have.
