Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

Workout Details:
We played a game of Bingo with a twist. Each card listed numbers 1–40 with an exercise assigned to each number. Each PAX had a Bingo sheet and took turns picking a card. The group completed 15 reps of the exercise listed for the drawn number and everyone crossed that number off their sheet. Whenever a PAX got a Bingo, they selected the next exercise and led the group in performing it.
Ended with COR, NOR, and COT
