Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Do A Set of Exercises – Pick one from each level before each time around the circle.
    5 – Manmakers, Squirls, Thrusters, Burpees, Absolutions
    10 – Goblet Squats, Captain Morgans (2 is 1), Elevated Lunge (2 is 1), Situation Squats, Lunges (2 is 1)
    15 – WWII’s, American Hammers (with block 1 is 1), without 2 is 1), LBC’s (3 is 1), Crunchy Frogs, Gas Pumps
    20 – Overhead Press, Incline Merkins, Decline Merkins, Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks
    25 – Curls, Bent Over Rows, Monkey Humpers, Pickle Pounders, Mountain Climbers (2 is 1)
    Pick a mode of transport from Cone to Cone, mozie around to the start
    Repeato

    Mode of Transportation from cone to cone – crab walk, bear crawl, bunny hop, tea bag twist, lunge walk
