Some ran and some rucked their way around Sylvania, through Lourdes College and around Northview High School. Max mileage was 5 miles with some ruckers getting in just over 3.
Thanks to Boo Boo for picking me up after my calf muscle tightened; Gap and Sipe just left me to suffer!
