Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Side Straddle Hops, Abe Vigodas, and Michael Phelps.
Workout Details:
We ran a descending ladder workout with 12 exercises. Started with 10 reps of each, ran a lap (about 50 yards and back), then did 9 reps, ran another lap, and continued decreasing by one rep each round until finishing with 1 rep (that was the idea, but I think we only got down to 3)
Ended with COR, NOR, and COT.
