Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    Did this under the shelter at the football field, only dry spot on campus.

    Workout – BLOCK
    Run through 5 rounds of each exercise, 1 minute of all out to end. Mozie out to the shed and back. 5 minutes for each set
    Curls – 20, 15, 10, all out. Toe touches after you finish until the minute is up. Mozie out to the shed and back
    Windshield Wipers – 20, 15, 10, all out. SSH after you finish until the minute is up. Mozie out to the shed and back
    Goblet Squats – 20, 15, 10, all out. Air press after you finish until the minute is up. Mozie out to the shed and back
    Bent Over Rows – 20, 15, 10, all out. Side Lunges after you finish until the minute is up. Mozie out to the shed and back
    Dead Lifts – 10, 10, 10, 10 and Freddie Mercuries active rest. Mozie out to the shed and back

    PAX in attendance – Poodle, Bagels, Trojan, Boo-Boo and Beaker. Q’d by Beaker
