    Do X# reps with a block , then down to the 1st cone and do 5 reps of the 1st exercise, back to the starting line to do X# reps with the block, then to the 2nd cone for 10 reps of the second exercise, this is the flow…

    1st cone – 5 reps of 1st exercise
    2nd cone – 10 reps of 2nd exercise
    3rd cone – 15 reps of 1st exercise
    4th cone – 20 reps of 2nd exercise
    5th cone – 25 reps of 1st exercise

    Round 1 – 5 Manmakers, then SSH and American Hammers – 2 is 1
    Round 2 – 5 Squirls, then Merkins and LBC’s
    Round 3 – 5 Thrusters, then Crunchy Frogs and Diamond Merkins
    Round 4 – 10 Overhead Presses, then Squats and X-Factors
    Round 5 – 10 Curls, Lunges – 2 is 1 and Mike Tysons

    PAX – Old School, Brita, Goose, Cobra Commander, Mr. Belding, Bagels, Pinto and Beaker
