Weather: 52F, cloudy with a hint of sprinkles
PAX: Hedgehog, Goose, Bagels, Pinewood
Circled up at 1900 and talked to Scrooge for a minute or 2 but then he left and we officially started with the 5 CPs, mission and credo – at least I think I did the credo. Anyway we warmed up with SSH, Merkins and some klinger kick holds for 3 count and 20 reps. Then we moved into the thing:
THE THING:
Did 25 reps of the following:
Squats
Mtn Climbers (2:1)
Carolina Dry Docks
Startfish (2:1)
Diamond Merkins
Lt. Dans (only did 8x)
Once complete with the list Pax would do suicides with 6x cones spaced 6 yds apart. Then repeato!
Finished up with one more suicide run and then klinger kick holds.
Ended in the circle for announcements and paryers.
