Battle at Bushwood

Warmup: Side Straddle Hops, Abe Vigodas, Michael Phelps
Workout Details:
We played a game of Bingo—with a twist. Each flashcard had a number and an exercise. PAX took turns drawing cards, marking off their bingo sheets, and leading the group in 10 reps of the chosen exercise. If a PAX got a bingo, they earned the right to pick the next exercise for the group.
Ended with COR, NOR, and COT
