Q: Irish Springs
Star Gazing
Started with 5 core principles, SSH, Windmills, Chain Breakers and got after it.
It was a brisk snowy morning where the stars were not out. But the pax embraced the snow. We started with .5 mile run around the dolphin and finished under the gazebo. Pax then were instructed to complete 50 merkins, 50 squats, 50 LBC, 50 Big Boys, 50 American Hammer, 50 Roll Ups, 50 Air presses, 50 klinger kicks. Pax then ran another .5 miles and stopped by the pool in green hills. Pax were instructed to perform 50 merkins, 50 incline merkins, 50 LBC, 50 Klinger Kicks 50 Dips. Pax then ran another .5 miles and finished under the gazebo. Pax completed another 50 merkins, 50 lbc, 50 squats, 50 Imperial walkers.
Ended with COA, NOA, COT, Prayer.
