    Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, Chain Breakers and Gummy Worms

    Work-Out
    Do a set of exercises then move your block to the next station. Leave your block and take a mozie around the square. When you get back to your block, do those exercises, move it to the next station, leave it, repeato.

    Station 1
    5 thrusters
    10 Lunges with the block on your right shoulder – 1 is 1
    15 curl press
    20 Klinger Kicks – 2 is 1
    Rifle Carry Press

    Station 2
    5 Manmakers
    10 Goblet Squats
    15 squirls
    20 Plank Twists with hands on the block
    Carry however you want

    Station 3
    5 Thrusters
    10 Lunges with the block on your left shoulder – 1 is 1
    15 curls – 2 is 1
    20 Windshield Wipers – 2 is 1
    Rifle Carry Press

    Station 4
    5 Manmakers
    10 One Leg up on the Block Squats – 2 is 1
    15 Overhead Press – 2 is 1
    20 Crunchy Frogs on top of the block
    Carry however you want\
