   Back To Where It All Bacon!

   PAX: Klinger, Cousteau, Splinter, Norwood, Pixar, Mickey, Trinity, Jazzy C, Cornelius, Beaker, Cocoa, Houdini, Billy Bob, Colonel, Scrooge, Jimmy Dean (Q)

   After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, YHC explained that it was his 1-year anniversary with F3 and thus would pay a little tribute to his first post. We had two coupons: a sixty-pound sand bag and one part of the GrowRuck team weight.

   We took off north on Main St in Sylvania and headed west on Erie to Burnham Park. YHC explained that his first post was a Murph and that back in the day, we used to run from Faith Hill to this park for the pull-ups, merkins, and squats. In honor of that, the PAX was asked to do 10 pull-ups, 20 merkins, and 30 squats with their rucks on.

   After completing that, we resumed rucking to Faith Hill where we went up the hill and around the back of Northview HS. From there, we made our way back down Silica and Convent before turning back on Main St to return back the the Ruckus starting point.

   Next was COR, NOR and know the 6. Mickey shared with the group how he had been a part of many different groups, but F3 remained one that he felt was worthy of his time and energy. He is grateful for everyone who posts and the PAX all agreed.

   In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Mickey’s father-in-law, Jimmy Dean’s family, our troops and first responders.
