    Mission: to plant grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership

    Credo: leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him

    We started with a warmup consisting of side straddle hops (25) and windmills (10)

    We then did a workout around the track with 5 different stations that had 4 workouts listed. The first time around we only did the first workout listed, second time around we added the second, then third, until the last time around where we did all 4 workouts on the list at each station. Rep count was 15.

    The stations were:

    Station 1:
    1. Merkins
    2. Carolina Dry Docks
    3. Mike Tysons
    4. Peter Parkers

    Station 2:
    1. Squats
    2. Lunges
    3. Hip thrusts
    4. Calf raises

    Station 3:
    1. LBCs
    2. Gas Pumps
    3. X factors
    4. Crunchy frogs

    Station 4:
    1. Supermans
    2. Air presses
    3. Chain breakers
    4. Plank jack shoulder tap

    Station 5:
    Burpees (started with 5, added 5 more each time around)

    Ended with COR, NOR, COT
