12/23/2024: F3- Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
PAX- Fletcher, Irish Springs, Grains, Spokes, Tigger, and Juice
Partner up. Partner A carries both blocks around the track to the station while Partner B runs back and fourth between that station and Partner A (trading off the blocks each time).
List exercises with rep counts at each station. Most are block reps. Repeato until all 6 stations have been completed.
If time permits, do some cadence work at the end.
