Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

Each quarter, Pax performs work session together followed by team passing competition. 2 Teams of 4 compete by each member throwing and catching for points.
10 yard completion = 1 point,
20 yard = 2 points,
30 yard = 3 points,
40 yards = 4 points,
At the end of each quarter, the losing team performs 10 burpees.
