Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.
Conference Championship Saturday Beatdown
Started with 5 core principles, SSH, Grass Grabbers, Chain Breakers
Tabata style beatdown with running in between rounds
Pax would perform exercies for 45 seconds and then have 15 seconds to get to the next station
Station 1: Merkins
Station 2: 60 pound Coupon Squats
Station 3 Block Curls
Station 4: Block Press
Station 5: LBC
Station 6: Kettle Bell Swings
Station 7: Klinger Kicks
Station 8: Lunges
Ended with COA, NOA, COT, Prayer
