Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    Q – Mongoose

    Warmup Stretch – Abe Vigoda, Side Straddle Hops, Grass Grabbers, Chain Breakers

    Warmup- to 70 yd line and back (Switch Exercise at 35)
    Down – High Knees, Butt Kickers
    Back – Left Shuffle, Right Shuffle
    Down- Lunges with Squat Hold for 7 sec every 10 yd line
    Back – Mosey

    Jacobs Ladder of 13 (70 yard mosey in between)
    Big Boys on goal line, Mike Tysons on 70 yd line

    70s (70 reps of each exercise, after completing each exercise you do a 70yd mosey and back before starting your next one)
    Air Press, LBCs, Hand Release Merkins, Lunges,
    Am Hammers (2:1), Imp Walkers (2:1)

    Soccer Kick Challenge (kick from 17 yd line to goal, if missed we owed burpees and 70 yard sprints)
    – 2 misses
    Same challenge with goalie and Lacrosse net
    – 4 misses
    14 Merkins and 14 Carolina Dry Docks completed

    MARY (each person picked out an abs exercise )
    40 secs ON, 15 secs OFF

    Circle Up, Name A Rama, Prayer intentions (prayed from Turbo Tax daughter and family)
