Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    College Football Beatdown

    Started with 5 Core Principles, Credio, SSH, and a lap around the track and got after it.

    TABATA Style Beatdown. 7 stations, pax peform exercise for 45 seconds, 15 seconds. While 1 pax was performing exerices, partner was running 100 yards and back.

    Station 1: coupon squat
    Station 2 block swings
    Station 3 curls
    Station 4: merkins
    Station 5: Overhead Press
    Station 6: LBC
    Station 7: American Hammer 2 is 1

    Pax did TABATA for 40 mins. Last 20 minutes played 7 on 7 football
