Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    Columbus Day Beatdown:

    Started with 5 core principles and a lap around the track.

    TABATA style beatdown. 45 seconds on 15 seconds off.

    Station 1: 80 lb tire flip
    Station 2: 60 lb coupon squat
    Station3: block curl
    Station 4: merkins
    Station 5 : block press
    Station 6 LBC
    Station 7: American hammer

    Once every pax complete station, pax snaked the stadium stairs.

    5 rounds were completed.

    Finished with 15 mins of 2 hand touch football.

    Ended with COA, NOA, COT, Prayer

    Pax: Grains, Tigger, Marmaduke, Crayons, Carleton, Mule (FNG)
