Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

PAX- Irish Springs, Marmaduke, Gator, 2-Ply, Tigger, Carlton
Station 1- 1 PAX picks an exercise to complete while they farmer carry two 40lb. ruck sacks 100 meters and back. Rotate through all PAX.
Station 2- Snake home bleacher steps. At the bottom each time, 20 dips and 20 incline merkins. Snake all steps.
Station 3- 1 PAX picks an exercise to complete while they run 100 meters and back. Rotate through all PAX.
Station 4- Snake visitor bleacher steps. At the bottom each time, 20 squats and 20 calf raises. Snake all steps.
Finish with the traditional 2 hand touch football game for 15 minutes.
