Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

Warm up: 4 warm up exercises
Workout: 6 total stations. Each station started with 2 block workouts of 15 reps each, then you run to respective station to do various workouts. After completing full station, come back to your block, carry 20 yards, then do next full station.
Wrap up: count, names, bring in 6, announcements, prayer
