   Stranahan run

   Pax left from Stranahan parking lot and ran to wildwood main field .
   At the field we preceded to do a team workout where everyone does Merkins while the 6 jumps over us . We did three rounds of this .
   Then we did that with flutter kicks and Superman’s with alternating arms and legs. Nobody got hurt somehow with Belding and Pixar’s giant clodhoppers coming down on us like a ton of bricks. The YBIC asked hacksaw to lead us on a couple more miles where we preceded to go over 3 more miles. In all we traveled almost 4 and 1/2 miles . Couple guys did Merkins and sit-ups while waiting for the 6. Sideshow was a monster and never quit. Respect to Pixar for showing up after the call out . He also showed out. He decided to let JoJo sit at home while making himself a little stronger today . Great work men
   COT – prayers for Brita s mother in law , mater prayed for acceptance with a shout out to Honeymoon for a nice reminder ., prayers for Troops and El Chapo
   Motorboat was the 6 and discussed how he is new to f3 but really feels challenged and grateful . Great to see him out there killing it . Need some more trees
