After warmup we moseyed to imagination station amphitheater
BLIMPS done on the Imagination Station Amphitheater levels
Starting at the Bottom with Burpees, do 1 burpee, up a level 2 burpees, repeat to the top for 8 burpees
Back to the bottom 2 LBC (2:1), up a level 4 LBC 2:1, repeat all the way to the top for 16 LBC 2:1
Back to the bottom 3 Imperial Squatter, up a level 6 IS, repeat all the way to the top for 24 Imperial Squat
Back to the bottom 4 Merkins, up a level, 8 merkins, repeat all the way to the top for 32 merkins
Back to the bottom 5 Plank Dips, up a level 10, repeat all the way to the top for 40
Ran out of time and moseyed back for COT
Back to the bottom 6 Squats (suggest Suzzane Summers) up a level 12, repeat to the top for 48
