Weather: 48F (ish maybe?) clear skies and no wind
PAX: GOAT, Brita, B-Rad, Speedo, Belding, Dollywood (6), Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 1900 for 5CPs, Creedo and Mission. Warmed up with SSH, Merkins and butt kicks then got into it
THE THING
It was simple, we ran then did 50x BBSU.
Ran more then did 50x Merkins, 25x BBSU
Ran further did 50x LBC, 25x Merkins, 25x BBSU
Ran further along the second entrance to the park and then did 50x Klinger Kicks, 25x LBC, 25x Merkins, 25x BBSU
Ran to the first parking lot and did a 60 second plank and then turned around stopping at each of the same places but only doing the 50x exercise at each.
Finished up with a 60 second plank.
Circled up for the CoR and NoR. Dollywood came in for the 6 showing appreciation knowing that no matter what happens F3 is always there for a workout. Announcements were said then closed out in prayer.
