Warm-Up
Side straddle hops, windmills, chain breakers, gummy worms
Skee Ball, F3 style.
Split into groups of 2-4.
Set-up 5 “targets” in the field. 2, 4, 6 and 10 points depending on difficulty. Use colored “ball pit” balls, just make sure each team knows what color to use.
Each person takes a turn at “skee ball” trying to score points for their team. If they score, they keep track of their points and do their exercises. Repeato for 8 minutes. Team that scores the most points wins.
Each player starts with 15 reps of each exercise, you subtract the number of points you earn from skee ball from that 15. Meaning if you hit a 10 point shot you earn 10 points for your team and you do 15 – 10 = 5 of that exercise.
Each winning team pics an exercise for everyone to do before starting the next game.
First Game – 8 minutes
Merkins, squats, Hammers (2 is 1) and SSH
Second Game – 8 minutes
Diamond Merkins, lunges (2 is 1), LBC’s and Calf Raises (2 is 1)
Third Game – 10 minutes
Mike Tysons, Speed Skaters, and Klinger Kicks (4 is 1)
