It was a cold windy night perfect for a beatdown,
Rooster, Goose, Wooderson, Mr. Belding, Speedo, Simmons, and I (Smails – Q) enjoyed 4 rounds of -20 reps each goblets squats – walking lunges – pop squats – glute bridges – skaters then run followed by Abs 20 each reverse crunch – window wipers – bicycle – klingers . We got through 4 rounds of each then headed to the MX joint.
