    The Sunday PAX showed amazing resilience as we ran through the circuit of arm and core exercises! These boys are wearing their short sleeve shirts to church this morning to show off their guns… all except Sleeveless Sype! Ya’ll known what he’s wearing….!

    The Thang:
    Started with side straddle hops, arm circles, michael phelps and windmills to warm up the arms and loosen up the core…

    Beatdown…..
    – 20 Merkins in cadence….
    The following were 1 minute exercises….
    – standing crunches
    – curls – comfortable weight
    – side to side planks
    – LBC’s
    – dips
    – American Hammer
    Followed by a nice run around Southview HS and back to the flag….

    Repeat …Round 2 … focused exercises on quality instead of quantity! Everyone stepped up in weights for curls!

    Repeat… Round 3…. foucused on burn out.,. Lighter weight and sheer numbers.. go until you cant go any further! When the mind says you are done, the body still has 40%!

    8 PAX included….

    Ended in a circle of trust. Prayed for Gaps Mom, Splinters family, The healthy delivery of new babies, family perished in house fire and many others. We shared thanks for the brotherhood of F3.
