Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!

    Warm-Up
    Side straddle hops, old man windmills, chain breakers, and Gummy Worms

    First ½ of Workout – Blocks and Cones
    Set up cones about 30 yards apart across the parking lot
    Each round of exercises lasts a minute and each round of active rest lasts a minute
    Going to cycle through 5 exercises, with a minute active rest jogging in between each set. Repeato.
    Curls
    Plank Block Pull Throughs
    Squirls
    Bent Over Rows
    Manmakers

    Second ½ of Workout – EMOM
    This is an EMOM – every minute on the minute. 3 sets
    1st minute – 10 merkins then squats
    2nd minute – 12 merkins then squats
    3rd minute – 14 merkins then squats
    4th minute – 16 merkins then squats
    5th minute – 18 merkins then squats

    This time the pattern is Lunges (1 is 1) and crunchy frogs

    Now we get Plank Twists (2 is 1) and speed skaters
